Inventory audit
A shelf count. Start the audit, enter what you physically counted for each item, and commit — every difference is written as an adjustment with the variance in the log. To receive a supplier order into stock, use Receive stock under the Action dropdown on the Checkout tab.
Count each item on the shelf and enter it under Counted. Leave an item blank to skip it. Committing writes an adjustment for every counted item that differs from the system, with the variance recorded in the log.

Antimicrobial dilution beta · admins
Enter the label ratio either as ounces of concentrate per gallon or as 1:X. Follow the product label; this only does the arithmetic.
Injection / wall-cavity drying beta · admins
Manifolds and units from the Settings assumptions (LF per manifold, manifolds per unit). Drilling pattern assumes one hole per stud bay, 16" centers, with a second row for walls wet above 24".
Containment & negative pressure beta · admins
Poly footprint plus the exhaust CFM to hold a containment at negative pressure. Category 2/3 work per S500 §12.3.2 and S520 practice: 4 ACH minimum, 6–12 for active demolition; target −5 Pa (−0.02 in wc) or more.
Drying-time estimate beta · admins
A planning range, not a promise: typical days by class and material, adjusted for the dominant assembly, how long the water sat, and whether the space is conditioned. Verify against readings and revise daily.

Air scrubber / negative air CFM
CFM = area × ceiling height × air changes per hour ÷ 60. Six ACH is the usual general-filtration target; use 4 for light filtration and 8–12 for contaminated (Cat 2/3) containments under negative pressure.
Quick power estimate

Quick heat / cooling estimate
Two numbers: the one-time energy to bring the air mass from the current to the desired temperature, and the continuous BTU/hr needed to hold it there against air exchange with its surroundings. Uses 1.08 BTU/hr per CFM·°F and standard air (0.075 lb/ft³, 0.24 BTU/lb·°F). For the full envelope model with conduction and equipment heat, use the job's Equipment calc.

Humidity ratio
Wet material — vapor pressure differential
Enter what you measured on the material. A sealed-hygrometer (hood) reading gives the surface RH directly; a moisture-meter reading is converted to an equilibrium surface RH through the material's sorption isotherm. The differential is the material's surface vapor pressure minus the affected-area air vapor pressure — positive means water is leaving the material; the larger the number, the faster it dries.
Dehumidifier performance
Uses the Dehu inlet and Dehu outlet rows above. Water removal is estimated from the grain depression and the unit's airflow, then compared with its AHAM rating (80°F / 60% RH).
Psychrometric chart
Curves are relative humidity; the shaded band is the 70–90°F drying range. Filled dots are air readings labeled with GPP. The diamond is the air in equilibrium at the wet material's surface — its vertical distance above the affected-area dot is the drying drive. The dehu arrow runs inlet → outlet.
Quick reference
GPP (grains per pound of dry air) is the moisture content that matters for drying — it doesn't change with temperature the way RH does. Dew point is the surface temperature at which condensation starts; a slab or framing colder than the chamber dew point is gaining water, not losing it. Grain depression (dehu inlet GPP − outlet GPP) shows whether the dehumidifier is doing work; LGRs typically pull 20–40+ GPP when healthy and much less when inlet air is cold. Vapor pressure difference between wet materials and the air drives evaporation — raising material temperature raises its vapor pressure.
Ready to invoice

Duplicate jobs
Jobs that share a job number — usually a job that was renamed before renaming moved everything with it. Keep this one merges the others into it: their hours, scopes, documents, letters, schedule entries and CompanyCam / QuickBooks Time links move over, and the extra copy is removed (its last version stays in the kept job's history). Owners and administrators only.

Reminders run every weekday morning (7:00 AM Eastern) and go to team members only — customers are never emailed automatically. Each reminder emails the people in the chosen roles for the jobs that match, plus any addresses you add. "Daily" repeats every morning while the condition holds; "Once" sends one time per job.
Images are resized automatically. If no logo is set, documents use a text letterhead.
Offices
Where people work — offered on each person’s profile. Comma-separated.
Branches
Every job is assigned a branch (required on Client details). The office address is where drive times to a job start; a branch without an address gets no drive time.
Divisions
Jobs that share a number (26-2618-WTR, 26-2618-RPR, a second water job 26-2618-WTR2) show as tabs on the job page. Full job page gives a division every section; otherwise its jobs get Client details (with dates), Labor and Photos. Jobs from DASH: CompanyCam projects DASH makes for this division become jobs here.

The catalog is reference only: nothing in it is added to a section unless you add that one line above. To make it fuller, export a price list or line-item report from Xactimate to Excel or CSV (codes, descriptions, units — no prices needed) and import it here.

Labor rates
Cash-pay pricing method (admins only see this methodology)
Job price = the greater of Retail, the margin-target price, and the minimum job charge. With "Off list", realized margin = 1 − (1 − target) ÷ (1 − discount); a 70% target with a 10% discount realizes 66.7%.
Price slider (field pricing latitude)
The slider moves the job's base price between the lower and upper limits; the discount then applies per the mode above. Non-admins see dollar figures only, never margins.

Supplemental heat model
Heaters are required when the chamber would fall below the dehumidifiers' minimum inlet temperature (LGR output collapses and coils ice below roughly 65°F). The drying target is the optimal setpoint. Loss = infiltration (air changes) + conduction through walls and, for loose envelopes, the ground.

Equipment heat kept in chamber
Tight (conditioned, insulated)
Moderate
Loose (vented crawl, garage)
Power is sized to nameplate amps (most draw). Heat is credited at running amps (least draw): dehumidifier compressors cycle and go into defrost in cold air, so only part of their nameplate shows up as chamber heat. Heaters are never credited against their own requirement.
